Bug ToT Character T_T

I have a bug with my character "Yukito"
I can not get connected with him.

When I clicked, I enter my PIC but the login screen is the same nothing changes I just see my character forward (when clicked)
But I still see the ads that launched the Gm
At my last disconnect I was in Free Market
I waited 30 minutes and still nothing
But I can play with my new Character but he has 0 rb etc ..
This bug is on my character since last year ...
When I wanted to replay I thought it was repaired but no.
