Character bug

hi I have a problem I can not knock on my character. normally logs in and when I choose a character and enter the pin is waiting for the server to lag though. I can just wait 5-10 minutes and still I can not load the game. Can you help me because I myself do not know what to do.

as i posted before i have the same problem and i know that there are many more who have that problem but the owners or any GM dosnt seems to care about the players problems im stuck for about a month now and still no one realy helped me

Staff members don't reply in this section, usually I just do. If you're account is really stuck for about a month, then your account is bugged. Meaning it's forever lost. If your character is just walking for a long time, use the Unstuck feature via website.

Have you tried shutting down your comp and refreshing your modem?
It might work. I experienced this problem before.
It worked out for me.
