Can't log in to my character...

my id got 3 character...
only my main character cant log in...another 2 can log in...
when i log in to my main character...i type my pic but nothing happen...
BUT i wait about 5 min...AND i saw a message spawn out(i got see that message when i was in cash shop, at the moment a ppl up lvl will spawn out a message that show the ppl lvl to 200)
i also done all the fix that i can do...(at the character fix)
i also wait for 2 day...
i also use my laptop to open...but still cant log in to my main character...(note:other 2 can log in)

some one please help me...

There was few characters with this problem even with alpha's

just use other character to play
