My character FREeze Empty My character FREeze

Hi I cant log on my char when i log on and chose server and select my char press the pin code normaly they should get in game but mine keeps running ive been waitin for 20min but he keeps running Help Pls THX

Use the Unstuck feature. Your character is just not loading.
