IP Banned ? Empty IP Banned ?

I haven't played Recently, and now that i tried to log in. I can't, i've noticed i've been IP banned? Anyone wanna help a brother out? :DD

Falk and I have the same issue, during the dedi switch/roll back we weren't even able to start the game up, just went straight to a "Server check, fire wall, ect." error type thing. Everyone one we've talked to says it's an IP ban, and I talked to Alpha, and apparently this has happened to a few people. But still no resolve. Neither of us have a loopback adapter going, and no other errors. Which all leads to IP ban.

Yeah, I'd just like a response from an owner, but they seem to be impossible to get a hold of.
