Help!(someone said i might be banned)

It was fine at lunch but since i have class,i wen't to class yesterday and when i come back and try play the game
i log in, i double click my main and after PIC it dosen't lag or do anything and it loads forever.

i tryed make another char and do it and its fine please help me
and i asked someone with my new char someone said my char might be banned

You're not banned.
Sadly, this is the only problem I have no idea how to fix.

This happens to me all the time. I just restart the client. If that doesn't work, then try waiting five minutes.

how do i restart the client? do i have to download all over again? it took me sooo long

Just close it, and open it again XD

I think I have the same problem, but it doesn't load forever. After a long while or sometimes a few seconds, it crashes. My other characters work fine, so yea idk. You could try logging in to the main website to unstuck it. Unfortunately, the login doesn't work on my account.

ok maybe your character get a bugged item... or there is something wrong on your main character... for now on better play 2nd character. when everything is fixed you can transfer the item. -i can help with that-

ok.... i will only talk will ppl and play like hide and seek untill its fixed

someone also told me my main char is bugged char so i can't play it now...

how do i fix it? please help if i lose it it means i losed all my hard work

have you tryed unbugging / sending the acc to fm by website?

unbugg
warp to fm
i belive are the 3 options
if not then its a shananagans just wait till everything if fixxed by gms

You are probably not banned, it might just be the server lagging. Easy fix close client wait then open client again.
