IP-banned:(

The problem is i got banned because i voted a lot but i didn't know it was forbidden
i didn't know it was something i could not do, no one gave me a warning, i just got IP banned

so i would like to have a second chance, and i know i will get banned if i violate the rules again
so i will not violate them

could i get a IP unban so i can start enjoying the server again and support DChaos again?

i would really appreciate it, im not a hacker or scammer or something.
