Banned??? again???

Ok im trying to get in to the game and i have had rose trying to log in for me and i have been banned? again for what. I havent been on sence valentines day and i would like to know why or be unbanned because i havent done anything wrong. So plz can some1 unban or explain to me why i have been banned?

Yes, because this is totally the Ban Appeal section or anything remotely related.

its not banned its just that there a error problem that's all plzz fix it its just like my problem
