did you have your anti virus running while it was downloading? The only problem I can see here is that your anti virus was on, and you didn't know it nor did it tell you it was running, and a scan came up (again without notifying you) and deleted or damaged the archive. All I suggest is to try redownloading it with your antivirus not running, or at least remove the appropriate shield disabling you from accessing the file.

It's rare but another thing that did happen once to me was that I was trying to extract a file but it kept saying the file was corrupted not damaged but a simple redownload was all I had to do to fix it. My problem was that my laptop went to sleep mode while it was downloading and the connection to my internet got messed up, not sure if that's the same case with you, though I highly doubt that since you redownloaded more than 3 times already =/.

My computer just blocked it completely. I had to get the file from Wind because my computer would just not allow me to download it without it saying that it's a virus and corrupting it :\...
I tried without the anti-virus, but my windows acted up as a second source of security and rejected the file from being downloaded...
The only other thing I can think of is if you select all the files and then extract them at once(Unless you were doing that from the beginning...)
I hope it works for you >.<

Did you by any chance pause the downloading process?
Maybe you should try another browser or download manager?
