Can'T Login, Stuck at Char select

HI. i can't login all of a sudden. after keying in my fake PIC, i'm still at char select screen. i tried doubleclicking my char again but the fake PIC won't popup again, it's not hung cos the pictures are moving.

i've disabled any loopback adapters and tried again but it's still the same.

any help?

First of all, try again. It might have been because the server was down/restarting. Next, unstuck your character through the website's "Char fixes". It might be that.

Have the same problem as you. Please help to look into this.....

were you guys banned by anyone before in game?

I found a solution for me character.
When during the enter of security code, if i type more than 6 digit, will encounter this problem.
/if i input nicely 6 digit, then I am able to login.

nah thats just spooky. the PIC input is disabled. so it doesnt matter what PIC you enter.

I'm having this exact same problem, and i don't have a loop back adapter. I'm on a wireless home network. Tried all the character unstuck fixes on the homepage already. IGN/account same as my forum name.


Dont know what happened but i can log in now.

I am stuck at the character selection page also. I tried disabling the loopback adapters and tried out all the char fixes in the website but it still does not work for me. Someone help me please, I just started playing this morning and am already facing such a problem.

I have same problem but then i asked Toon to fix it he couldn't so i asked alpha he didnt reply so now im starting a new chara thats like the best thing to do guys. and maybe after awhile your chara will be fixed just saying if u somehow got it fixed PM me please? thanks in advance

Ya it wont let me log into my character so i made a new one hoping to get in touch with toon or a coder but nobody seems to come on now that i need them. so ill post it here in hopes that someone will read it and fix it while im gone.

That is the one that is stuck and I would really appreciate it if he were to be unstuck. I tried the online fix many times but I couldnt get anything to work, so now its up to the coders or owners now. Sure hope that they can help me if they read this!
