Stuck at login screen

IGN: Bleeding
My other characters work fine. After I put the PIC it doesn't do anything for a while and then just crashes. I know about unsticking through the website, but for some reason it doesn't log in. Help would be much appreciated!
Edit: I found out that the game logs me in but it gets stuck at character selection screen.

im also having the same problem

you cant log in to webste becuase you auto registered
when i say auto registered means that you didnt sign up though website
you just proceeded to log into the game without registration
if you did register on the website then when you sign in
click using the mouse the sign in button after you type in your acc information
dont just click your enter button you might have to do it 2-3 times
somtimes it dosent work first try hope this hepls you
