trouble extracting Empty trouble extracting

Ive downloaded all 11 parts and the client but whenever i try to extract a part the extraction gets an error and cancels. Do i need the 11parts in a folder with the normal v83? What do i needa do?

and sorry if this isnt the right topic, theirs no error section of the forum that is "outgame"

This is the right section. If you can, please post a screenshot of this error. I think I know what you're talking about but I want to make sure what the error is.
