Cant Start D.Chaos EX Empty Cant Start D.Chaos EX

It says "We are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues"
I've tried everything, redownloading, reinstalling, disabling firewall and Avast, etc.
And I really like this server.I've played it a lot! Please, someone help me!

EDIT:And I cant enter the site. I have to enter in cache. Sorry abot my english, im not from the USA.

The server is just down. Theres nothing more to it. Be patient and wait for it to come up. Lol, nothing much more to say

That means you are IP banned.
We block IPs that connect to not often connected to ports and we of course, we ban suspected hackers, dupers and abusers.

Man I'm not a hacker, duper or abuser. Im a 12 years old. I dont even know how to use Photoshop. Thats unfair, bro. -.-'
