Disconneting after trying to change hair.

I've already tried the sticky helping thread. I can login but when i'm using KIN and pressing Next/Back I get d/ced. Help please :/.

Change your hair colour to black.

My friend got the same problem, so he bought a Ticket in the Cash Shop and changed his hair in the Henesys' Beauty Parlor.
