Cash Shop Not working

So I been trying to buy a new outfit for my character but for some reason every time i go to cash shop the game closes and i get error 38. I tried going with another character and i was able to go just fine. But my main can't go to cash shop.

Note I also cant change CC with my main character.

Possibly your character problem? Use @dispose and then when you log in type in unstuckme as your password and hopefully the problem will solve itself.

Bugged outfit i guess.how the fuck do you think to type your password as unstuckme will help?this only help's when one's character is stuck in-game.
