Disconnecting when changing channels and cash shop

After a while around like 30min or so, when i want to change channels I just automatically disconnect. As for the cash shop it happens occasionally but not all the time. I just want to know if there is a way around this to prevent it.

Cash Shop will disconnect you if you spend around, more than 30seconds.(All private servers). As for the CC, it's probably just the map or server bug. Still the 1st mid-week of Open Beta
