Server offline? Empty Server offline?

i am new and when i tried to log in to play with tnhe fixed client it said the server was offline am i correct or does it not want to connect me?

The circled .bat is the run i am using because that is the fixed run

Did you edit your redirector file? If you dont want to edit it just download the link above. Turn off your firewall before trying to launch it again with the new client and redirector.
