Making an MSi doesn't work for me

I have ALL the requirements.

All Chix
All Stats
All Maple Leaves
2 Vote Points

And it doesn't work still. Help me please?

Double check it
U need 1900 chix
All stats 32767 double check this
13256 maple leafs (I forgot how much leafs u needed)
2vp point male sure u double check this too

If u have all these then it should work but if u don't then it won't work
If u do but still not working prob the npc broken

1750 leafs
1300 chix
2 votepoints
thats at 500rbs the mor rbs thoe bore stuff it takes

pimppi takes 50-55k leafs
5k chix lol
