Some parts are gradient, you could try re-doing the entire outline for the sword, and maple sprites HAVE to have a black outline. Unless it's a glow or something similar. The sword is NOT an exception. There are sections without a black outline.

The overall outline is quite sloppy. the blade shading is also not well refined, try making an attempt to make the blade more metallic. Shines or better refined light sources can help.
