Disable demon cry

I want the skill demon cry disabled until it's stable. There's no point in it, since everyone is going to use it anyway. The best way is to disable it until the problems are resolved...

Agree'd Towards this we have too many devil cry spammers and as much as we want the gm's to stop it, we will never catch them,when the gm's aren't on :C so we're left to dc over and over

Or maybe have a cool-down limit for the skill?

I agree with Shiva.
Adding a cool-down to the skill would make it more stable, rather then removing/disabling it, because many of those Viet players I know, reallyyyyyy like that move aside from the fact that it dc's people. ><

Or, we can disable it's use in the FM. I understand you guys don't like it when people spam it, but there is no point in disabling it everywhere.
