I believe you can unstuck yourself by logging in the website and use the unstuck button.

Go to Dchaosms.net. There, log in(it will make you log in twice for security). Once the options for your account loads, click on Char.Fix. You will receive 3 different options. Click on the option named, Unstuck. Follow what it says, then your character should be unstuck.
