You have it ass-backwards, Exp. Ender is required to provide proof that sekai is guilty of duping (in this case, the presented evidence is Sekai's admission to duping.)

Innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. There's a lot of misunderstandings to clear up, so expect a lengthy post :3

I only said that just because Ender said that "Sekai saying he dupes is enough evidence that he dupes" so Sekai should prove Ender wrong.

But meh, you're right.
