Error Code 38 Reach the end of file

I have this problem at the first time I try to Log-in When I warp to Hernesys (I only have Lv.1 Character only because I am a newbie here)
Please Help
PS.So sorry If this has a mistake in using Engilsh ( I am form Thai)

just relax servers prolly lagging or down just have some paitence it will work soon enough
make sur you have the new 8.1 update as well unless you just started and downloaded today
it just updated yesterday so if you downloaded before today you might need to redownload
all 11 parts but if not then just give it some time it should be back soon
