Not exactly, there used to be a group of people (Perhaps there is more) who duped and shared info, dont quite know how to explain that better. I pretty much blew the whole thing down when I told my friend about it and he started collecting dupes for the game masters, then I tried multiple times to report the packets to owners and I guess eventually it got through? Idk
As for how I know about this thing, people thought I was duping and invited me.
Oh and by the way, I believe I have seen dupers in the Pandoraheart guild, they give out donor tickets like candy,

Oh he didnt show u what I said to him did he I guess not he says that I said i got 1000 donor tix just cus someone says something doesn't mean its true does it? have a GM check my fucking inventory to see truely if i have those tickets =_= im sick of the dam accusions. the organization is made up I lied to this noob

I asked his buddy IGiveUp how he got his stuff. He said he got like a crapload of tickets from xSparkyLeo.
If you count the stuffs on both of them....
Water Cape x 1 = 3 tickets
Ichigo Mask x2 = 8 tickets
Toons Sword x 2 = 10 tickets
Okami Mount x2 = 16 tickets
Total = 37 tickets

Plus the stuff he showed me in trade...
Tensa x 1 = 3 tickets
Solar Staff x 1 = 5 tickets
Thunder Edge x 2 = 8 tickets
Toons Sword x 2 = 10 tickets
Total = 26 tickets

37 + 26 = 63 tickets.
OHH AND PLUS THE ONES YOU GAVE ME

66 donator tickets in total.
SEEMS LEGIT.
Oh and I've heard he's been giving out free donor items to his guild like crazy.

Ok let me start off like this Stop trying to spy and shit on me its irratating as fuck and im sick of it 2.) those tickets came from friends, Trades, Selling. 3.) my guild says I gave them away lets see We had a guild event which i handed out tix to winners also there my guild members and the 1st guild i had so I've grown to love them so Why not give them stuff also we had another event which I gave out tickets If your player report is about me don't include other people and what they have come straight for me so I can't to your smart ass I'm innocent

What do I need proof of im the defendant here but send a GM to check my inventory and see if I have all those tix he said and also ask Whytee did I not trade for him Toon blade its true the donor tickets ask Taco he loans me some when I need along with other friends

If you look at xEdge's report on him you can see that 2 days ago he has no donator items at all.
I'm also pretty sure that he has much more than 66 tickets since he dropped 3 for me like it was mesos.
One does not simply get $330 + worth of tickets by trading and selling for two days.

Edit:
People told me that he was giving out water capes for FREE to his guild and that his guild has a history of dupers.

We can't just take everyone's word for it you know we need proof and all of xGin's proof states your guilty, Untill you come up with ScreenShot proof that your innocent we can't help you.

You could've easily cleared your inv, put 1 donor ticket there and buy all those emotes

Something that would be more evidence would be to name the people you bought your tickets from. How much tickets you bought from them.

i have to agree 100% with this...he could of even gave them to his friends for a couple of seconds or dropped them in a place where no one would know they are there..that's how i transfer some of my items.
