Game client does not work Empty Game client does not work

I downloaded and installed succesfully the full version of d.chaos ms. Afterwards I downloaded the non hamachi client. I noticed the client was one of those blank white pieces of paper in my folder. After extracting it, it was still one of those things. So as a result of that I can`t actually use it because it`s not a application o-o.

Help please.
