The Game Is Stopping To Work Every Time In 8:30 PM (GMT +2)

I play this server for three days only, but mean while in those three days, every time at 8:30 PM (GMT+2) since the morning 7:00 AM (GMT+2) the game is not working, iv'e been trying anything, redownload the game, redownload the client, use hotspot shield, restart the computer, anything.

and even if its works, its lagging in the PIC place and even if I get inside the game I dont see any NPC, No Mobs, No People, Cant Use Chat, Skills, Drop Item, and so, total lag, and if I am not logging off after a while its auto - disconnecting me.

Please help me fix this probelm because i mainly play in this time
