Reason:

IP banned while the server was down.

Testimonials:

Why would there be any? Do the others who had the same thing happen count?

Why should your ban be lifted? If you did do something wrong, why should we give you a second chance?

I can't test my creations if I can't get in-game. Plus, I didn't break any rule.
