Just for future reference i'm pretty sure only admins are supposed to be doing the banning now. I could be wrong but i think that you just provide the evidence and your own opinion of punishment. But i'm sure that this offence is obvious so i guess it really doesn't matter.

Most people don't see what they need to do to post a ban on a duper. You have to be there and SS the moment, like you did. I applaud you Koekje.
