Reason: vote abuse.
been on for less than a month and had. at most, he can only have up to 28 vp max if he voted 4 times a day since he started playing a week ago. If the account creation thing is correct and he started playing on the 3rd of march, he would have at most, 84 vp maximum.

He had aqcuired 327 vp, which was deduced by dividing his nx (4,909,700) by 15,000.
