You should follow the format, and also I don't understand anything here. Players are allowed to get Wizet hat by trading in 2,000 chickens to Pap in the FM if that's what you meant.
If you mean he got it by a duper, then just ask him to be sure. o-o.

i wasn't aware there was a format lol this is my first post and i already talked to a GM about it but he wanted me to post anyways, and clearly as you can see in the picture by what he says that he didn't buy it.

He didn't really say anything about not buying it, but if he was showing it, that's something to report.
