I dont see how "79 vote points" makes him a vote abuser. . . I think u need more evidence of u adressing that he was Vote abusing . (I could be wrong).

He had over 100 vote points before. I tried to take a snapshot but i pressed scroll lock instead.
Then i @spy on him again and my ss key doesn't work. Great right?
I @spy on him again to find out he has less than 100 vote points now.
He originally had 130++ vote points. He's using vote points to get chicken.
