Illegal Cape

Hey its me Cza I dun have a forums account so I asked Kurtt if I cud use his hope I won't get in trouble c:
Character Name:Thebes
Reason:He has the cape same as Xenmax which is an illegal cape
Testimonials:Me and another girl(the girl also might also know who gave the cape!)
Justice:Its up to you GMs o_o
BTW They are saying a "he" gave them the cape which they won't me tell who :/

Wow... is that mount even legal as well?

hmm the gm should get demoted or something because give out illegal item (unless alpha say otherwise) and the kids need item wipe (duh)

@Ancho We GMs sell mounts some time ago, i dont know about now.

@ThreadStarter One of the GMs told me that was vito's cape and he was allowed to give it out. Maybe someone who had it gave it to him. Maybe im wrong. Who knows?

I thought the only mount a GM could sell was Ryko. I don't know much about the cape but I never handed one out before.

If it was Vito's cape he would tell me Vito gave it or the person who given to it by Vito..
I also never seen people wid dat mount o_o
So any idea who gave them?

As far as I know They wanted to make it illegal but then people already had the item so it wasnt made illegal. as for the mount, I believe you could buy that for 15 chickens or could use to.
