What kind of server is this without a decent support service?

Soon enough, we will be opening our support page where users can submit tickets and wait for a support member to respond for help!
We need these people!

"Do you think you are trustworthy?" seems unnecessary because most people would obviously answer with some variation of "DUH YES" and provide examples of how trustworthy they are.
