d.chaos non hamachi error

it seems that my stupid avast deleted the non hamachi exe and th other on, and when i try to enter the main page, i get an error
"Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in C:\xampp\htdocs\D.ChaosMS\config\config.php on line 32
Can't connect to server"
plz help me

I have the same problem cant connect to hp and avast deleted the client and i cant download it because it cant be saved oO

EDIT : I found the download link for the client ( deaktivate avast for a few time to download it )

I think the server was down and whatnot. I have avast and that happened to me as well. Now, everything is running just fine. The server's updating right now to a new version, so check out the new beta files and wait patiently

Yup, Server is down for Update XD
