Joined the server, Can't get past Char select.(HAVE YET TO GET INGAME EVER YET.)

I just wanted to make a character, but this happens everytime I make one and try to start. :/ the first few times it would allow my character's IGN to show up but pressing start does nothing and when I relog and try unstuckme as my password, still no luck. Any solutions guys?

I can't because this is my first time playing, actually I haven't even gotten to play yet because of this issue. I have yet to see what ingame looks like because I try to make my first character here and this issue happens. I have no old character. I did the unstuck and tried to make a character again and it just keeps happening. Does that mean new people can't join the server? I was really excited to try this out but I can't get in game whatsoever. :/ thanks for trying to help at least.
