Lost Acc?! -tease-

Can somone help me fix my acc problem?
i forced change my eye by using a regualar cupon and ends up dcing me
afterward i cant log on both channel/view character loading part dced me
when i click the channel to loadit put up this error "error code : -2147287038 (unknown error 0x80030002)" next i tried vew character and i got dced again but this times it says "error code : 38 (Reached the end of the file.)"

When you get the (End of the File) error, it's a common disconnection error. Try logging in on the new character again. Never use coupons on your characters. (Also, this place is to post maps you WANT in the server, not map errors.)

i disconnect on the loading into server part meaning i cant reach my character!

This has nothing to do with Suggestions. Moved to Error Report.
