Compatibility Fix(Windows Vista and Windows 7 Users only)

1. Server is Offline.
   
2. IP Banned.
   
3. Anti-Virus blocking Server IP. (Internet Security. ie : Anti-Malware Bytes)

• Just wait for the server to go online again, in the mean time, just chat in the Xat.
  

• If you don't find a Player Report upon yourself, run your CMD to check if you're actually IP banned. This is done by;

Most people here are asking me if they are banned, or blocked somehow.

Truth is, I can't tell which, so if you want any of my help, you must try these steps:

1). Open CommandLine or Command Prompt (Run>CMD)
Note(s): Doesn't require Administrator, and can also be opened in accesories.

2). Enter the command " ping dchaosms.net " in your CMD.
Note(s): Don't add quotes, doesn't need caps, doesn't need http:// or www. so forget them.

3). Look at the statistics. If you receive
- "Request timed out", then you are IP Blocked or IP Banned.
- Reply from 173.245.60.46: bytes=32 time=134ms TTL=51 or simular to that, then you're not banned/blocked
Note(s): It will say this 4times, if all is 100% loss, it might mean we are getting DDoS'd atm or dedi shutdown/restarted, So make sure it's actually online!

4). If you're banned (IP ban), make a Ban Appeal. If a GM/Admin wishes to unban you, I will unban your IP, just PM me.

• Go through your Settings and find any exceptions/exclusions to add the IP 173.245.60.46.

Hey, I am having a lot of troubles trying to get the game to work, i have downloaded it 2ce, installed numerous times, tried installing it in different locations, i have tried changing compatibility requirements, Ive tried different things people have told me to try and none of it has worked, i have teamviewer, ive been trying since yesterday to get this to work, and i really wanna play it, so do you think you could do a TV session to get the game to work, ??
