D/C After PIC Fix For Windows XP

i know that almost everyone use 7 but there are some people that use XP

Click on start button then you will find My Computer in the side right click on it then click properties.it will open a window and in the window you will see some tabs (general,Advanced,Remote and more)click on Hardware then you will see a button called Device Manager click on it it will open a window then click on Network Adapters and you will see Loopback Adapter,Double Click on it then you will see a new window somewhere down you will see Device Usage: and there will be a drop list under it click on it and choose disable.
