Client won't open?

As the title says, the client won't open. I extract all the files, put in the new client, changed the IP for the Redirector.ini to 69.162.95.203, put in the FIX file. Why can't I launch it? :I

And yes, I did put the file into C:/Nexon.

Is the directory C:/Nexon/MapleStory? And did you allow it through your firewall and stuff. And also use the .bat file fix. If there's still a problem send me a whisper.

what do i do with the client download? Do i put it in the folder also?

what happens exsactly after you try to run it?
what exe are you using to run the game
the mushroom house or the Dchaosms icon?

you extract and stick into the maplestory folder you get from extracting the 5 parts
