Dchaos server problems

So a server restart happened or I just got D/C I come back to the game and find out my skills are gone along with my default stuff such as jump and attack. So then I tried to get my skills back, but then I get D/C and everything goes back to what it was before no skills no defaults equipped and the same level. Come to found out my friends and other players were having the same problem. I want to know what is going on?

There will be times where keyboard wipes will happen. If you're a bit weak, join a party and keep rebirthing to all those jobs you want to gain your skills back.
