KoC Skill error Empty KoC Skill error

I had this problem for quite a while. When I log out, all my KoC skills revert back to level 0, even though the skills can be maxed via @maxskills. Am I the only one facing this problem?

Aran and KoC skills are glitched. Since this is a v83 server. You'll just have to @maxskills each time you log in.
