Game Crash with NimaKIN

I've just recently joined the server and I'm absolutely loving it!

However, I've come across a constant issue.. that is, I am experiencing consistent disconnect from the game whenever I speak with the NimaKIN NPC. Is there any way to fix this problem? Am I missing certain files?

I would very much like to continue to play on this server without these issues . Thank you!

For changing appearance as in hair, you need to change your hair color to black before you change anything. So just change your hair color to black, then you can change your hair style/color.
