Scamming shouldn't be our problems, scamming is not a crime, hell someone can scam and not even know it.

For all your failures at trades, we shouldnt be responsable.

Of course, we can look over the trade, but dont post a REPORT FOR A BAN JUST FOR THAT.

In my opinion, yes, scamming is a problem.

But we have much more problems than scammers.

/Ray shouldnt worry about this stuff, not we, theehehe.

Just putting it out there, scamming is not in the player rules, if you REALLY WANT JUSTICE TO BE DONE, ask for a trade back, and if he really thinks its worth it, he will accept. If not, too bad, you could have asked someone to watch over the deal.

Scamming is not important, only to an extent I guess. Depends who scammed you, what you lost, and when it happened. Some 'scams' could've been mistaken from like, server crashes (ie : Rollbacks).

Instead of saying scamming isn't a crime, which it should be, why not offer a service in which GMs watch the trade? It would surely prevent scamming in most cases, and anyone who doesn't call for a GM would be taking a risk rather than trading normally.

GM's already do that, But people never call for them as i recall reading a few times.

If that's the case, it's truly the both player's fault for getting scammed, and the scammer for attempting to scam. They shouldn't complain to GMs.

in my opinion scamming is like a gateway drug
let it slide and players start to think gms dont care
then they think they can get away with more and more
player starts with scamming and then its just not enough
so he starts hacking or duping
just like how kids start with drug a moves on to drug b
just get progressivly worse
in my opinion when gms stop caring about the little crimes
its the beginning of the end things are just going to get worse and worse
more and more hackers and dupers are going to come out of the woodworks
and gms arnt always able to be around or free to simply watch over trades
they are busy in fm or catching dupers and hackers to watch over every trade

But how the hell are you able to give evidence of you being scammed?

It goes without saying that in order to prevent scams, players should have GMs watch over important trades. let's !notice about it once in a while so players get in a habit of doing so. This will reduce the amount of 'scams' that take place.
