Ip banned or problem about my computer?

My problem is that when i select my character i get disconnected right away, it will not load, it just disconnect after i enter...I tried using another account and still i have this problem...I let my gf login using my account because she is far from where I am and she can play using my account...If you know how to fix it please tell me...Thank You.

I already did it, except for the loopbacks.I dont think we have loopback because i didn't see it.

alot people think they dont have but do
1. Step number *ONE*:
Go into the start menu and click on control panel

2. Step number *TWO*:
Locate your Network and Sharing (may be named differently on a different OS)

3. Step number *THREE*:
Locate where you may manage/change your adapter settings

4. Step number *FOUR*:
Locate all "Local Area Connection #" or any networks which state "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" and disable them.

Do you get any specific error code after clicking your character? You should specify it so we can further assist you.

Your internet connection seems to not want you on then? Luls. Try changing your IP.

I dont know how to reset it, i think im gonna wait until our modem is replace...

There should be a reset button on your router/modem. If not, unplug either or both of what you have for 10~20seconds and plug it back in. Or, you can wait for your new modem like you said.
