who can help me fix my problem?? Empty who can help me fix my problem??

Well, when i had done extract the zip file and pressed D.ChaosMS EX , it blacked the screen for a while .... then suddenly it come out from the game and said : " You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try it again. " I tried many solution to solve it but all doesn't works .. Hopefully GMs can help me fix my problem.
