disconnected from the server .. Empty disconnected from the server ..

Hii all !!

Ummm i have a problem !
when i enter * Start * button
it out from the Game and it Says :

" you have been disconnected from the login server please try again later "

what should i do . . ;(

download v8.1 you will need all 11 parts
and make sure you disable your loopback adapters
if this dosnot work
try disconnecting your internet
and restarting your modem
