"You have been disconnected from server...." Empty "You have been disconnected from server...."

In character selection screen, when i choose the "Start" button, the screen simply stay black and then it closes and says: "You have been disconnected from server. Try it again later."
I checked at the website the character fixes, and when I choose to Unstuck a char,it said that i can't escape the jail o-o.
Please help ^^
