I think i ate sumthing bad and my stomach ish hurting like shit and kept me awake....

Drinking water is the best thing you can do (tea would be fine too). Drink it all day, and keep eating as you normally would.

Whenever my stomach hurts, I do one of two things... Taking some Pepto would help, but I always walk around to ease the pain...
