Unable to launch game.

So, I have been playing on this Private server for about 5 days. Today i was farming for leafs at jesters when i got disconnected. I tried to log back on and i got the message
"We are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues.....Please check your firewall setting as well as maplestory homepage for ongoing events."
Then asks "Yes" or "No"
If i hit yes takes me to Maplestory home page. And if i hit no it closes.
I texted my bro and he said i might be banned (I was ksign this guy earlier and he said he was going to film and send to GM..In my defense he was being mean...[but i don't think i got banned for that]) Look at rules.. Map wasn't his
or files might be corrupted.

So my questions are:
*How can i check if I'm banned..
*How can i check if files are corrupted..

I just thought it would be great to add Players rules.

DO NOT:
• Use hacking programs
• Use WZ Edits that aren't from us
• Use another client
• Use Unlimited Flash Jump
• WZ Edit files
• Spam Avatar Smegas
• Advertise your ugly server (yes, they can be ugly)
• Abuse a glitch
• Dupe anything
• Begging GM/Owner
• Disrespect GM/Owner
• Wear GMs item without NX covering them
• Say someone is KSing you, the map isn't yours
• Steal things from us
• Spamming @snipe
• Act like a GM/Owner, we already have these

Not following those rules can result Jail and Ban, you are warned.

More rules could be added, please check those frequently.

P.S. Some of those rules also goes for GMs and Donators.

You could try talking to Willi and higher people

Edit: I also saw you had short itemvac: 110+
(but i was stalking another vaccer) so I told peter to check !cheaters too.
