Gachapon problem

So I was gaching in the fm a few days ago and I got this notice on the chat thing that I obtained a "Hwa Ryung Ji Jang" in my equipment tab from the gachapon, it took my chicken and I didn't see the item in my inventory. Here's a Screenie... I thought it was weird that it said I got something but actually didn't, so I'm posting this to see if it's an error or something else... (image is a little oversized but you can just copy the URL and then load it up on another page and you'll be able to see the whole image ^^)

i did !item and the item was not available.

so basically it's one of those things that you'd be unlucky if u got...? D: aw man...
